Meditation

It is so important to take a few minutes out of your day to sit quietly and relax from head to toe.

Visualize a place where you have felt safe, happy and at peace. Let this place envelope  you, hear the sounds, and be aware of how relaxing you feel.

You can bring God's healing white light through the top of your head and let it  slowly work its way down and out the bottom of your feet.  You are now experiencing a loving healing.  Let all your worries go.  Just be.

Like Minds

It is  such a wonderful thing to meet someone who meshes with your energy.  When your vibes are comfortable and compatible with a person it is like meeting an old friend.

Open yourself to new adventures and do not be afraid to try new things.  Be ready to meet that special someone.

Be open and Aware

We all have angels, guardians, messengers.. sometimes in our life we open to their presence which is a blessing.  Be still and listen for gentle nudging’s  of  where to go, what to do.

We are always nearby and I say we because you always have more than one in your sphere.  It is not important who we might be, but  be assured we are always there.

Open your heart and mind and let our energy flow.  Open your imagination to impossibilities and we are there.  Only when we are still and open can you be guided by our thoughts.

Your life can be enriched by the knowledge that when  you seek and ask you will be heard.  Our energy mingling and nudging you to do what is best for you.  It is not only in time of turmoil and struggle that we are nearby but daily .

PRAYING

People often pray in time of need or suffering.  Prayers should be a daily happening giving thanks, asking for help, praying for those who are ill or facing death.

God knows our problems before we ask, but the power of prayer is awesome.  Never underestimate the energy created when we are quiet at prayer.  "Ask and thou thalt receive" is an often overlooked Bible phrase.  Believe that your prayer is heard and know that perhaps this is not the proper time or place to be answered. 

With the dreadful earthquakes, and other upheavels in the world remember to ask for understanding and pray for those in the midst of these disasters.

LOVE

February  is soon upon us and the world thoughts turn to Love.  Such a big word, such a big emotion.  Loving our friends and family is easy, loving others is harder to do.  It is wise to remember we are each on our own path and it  doesn't mean it is wrong it someone chooses other paths which seem foreign to us.  Give love to those we meet by a warm smile and and send thoughts of love to those in need.  Ask Blessings for those who are unlovable and on the fringe of society.  I think we would find Jesus amongst the latter group.

January

The cold winter days remind us of being warm..or giving warmth.  We do  not realize how we affect people by our presence.  We all give off energy, perhaps negative or positive, without realizing it.

Go about your day aware of your energy force and keeping positive.  Pretty soon people will be commenting how nice it is to be around you and have you as a friend...try it!

A NEW YEAR

Beginnings start with one step.  Step into the future unafraid knowing that you are not alone and being guided.  Open your heart chakra and allow the love to flow in and out.  Go with the confidence to try knew things and meet new people.  Widening your circle will help your creativity flow.

MOMENTS

Life is not made up of momentus occasions but of days strung together like pearls..each one individual..but each one a blessing.  Enjoy the small things that make our days so worthwhile.

Remembering the moments

What you leave behind is not what is engraved in stone monuments, but what is woven into the lives of others." --Pericles

Losing a friend is a difficult thing..you remember the moments you shared and the laughter.  I lost a friend I painted with this week.  She leaves behind her beautiful artwork and those who loved her will wear her silver work with pride. 

She did leave behind a family that adored her and friends that respected her work and her joy of life.

Gone but not forgotten.

Keeping Christmas

Remember the reason for the season!  Going in debt and feeling harried is not the Christmas spirit!

Let us all remember to enjoy our families with small tokens of appreciation.  There are so many small children needing a gift this year why not share your wealth with our fellow travellers?    I guarantee you will feel so enriched and really get the Christmas feeling...

Love

Love is such a powerful emotion and one thrown away so casually. Before you give up on your relationship - stop and remember why you loved this person - what drew you to them. Sometimes we allow petty issues get in the way and take over - everyone has rough spots and it is possible to ride through them and come out the other side more sure of your commitment.

Don't throw away something that is so essential to a happy life

Abundance is yours

The angels are with us to lift us up when we are down...God's messengers, our constant companions are only a whisper away. Ask and Thou Shalt Receive is an old saying we all know, but do we use it? Don't be afraid to ask for your needs to be met, as long as it doesn't bring harm to anyone. We are all afraid of abundance, we feel we are not worthy...how wrong.

I lift my eyes to feel the heavenly presence surround me and ask for healing, protection and love for all my family and friends.

You have nothing to lose but plenty to gain. Let the White Light surround you and fill you up.

I have a dear friend that seems to be everywhere helping someone, driving someone, feeding a group she is like the energizer bunny! I was visiting recently and noticed the sign on her refrigerator "STAY CALM AND CARRY ON"... She says she lives by that motto.

Good thing to remember.. stay calm and you can do it!

Rain

Now that fall is in the air we will be experiencing more rain...I personally like the rain.


The soul needs refreshing like the rain washing clean the summer dust from the trees and shrubs. Lift up your face to the sky and let the rain wash away your cares.
Keep happy thoughts within and soon the skys will brighten.

Security

Go quietly through the meadows of life, picking the daisies and secure in the knowledge that they will be replaced with more flowers.

It is in the belief that there is abundance that you will feel secure.

God gives what you need.

Light your corner

We will not falter in our duty to light every dark alley, every shadow that arises. Take this Light, lift it high and illuminate your corner - soon darkness will have no place to hide - love shines through, take up your candle, light and shine!

THREADS

Like birds on the wing with threads they weave their shelters, you too weave shelters of the soul.

Loving thoughts are like threads that run through our life stitching us together.

Seek ways in which you too can use your threads. Entwine those you meet with golden threads.

Threads from angels harps are especially in tune with loving wave lengths.

Smiles are threads, thoughts of kindness too are threads.

When many threads are wound together it makes a very strong bond, like a nest swinging in the elements.

Life is one golden thread of opporunity, use these and wind your way through the world.

FRIENDS

Friends are people that feed our hungry soul


Torn hearts can be mended by friendship giving without thought to what you may redeem, but giving from the goodness of one's heart and soul. This is true measure of one's love for
each other.

Umbrellas

Umbrellas of love are necessary, to protect the soul from blows and hurts that all suffer.

Umbrellas of hope - keep it up and open often.

Rainbows do come through!

You cannot touch a rainbow but it can be seen, truly a miracle like love.
