Meditation

It is so important to take a few minutes out of your day to sit quietly and relax from head to toe.

Visualize a place where you have felt safe, happy and at peace. Let this place envelope  you, hear the sounds, and be aware of how relaxing you feel.

You can bring God's healing white light through the top of your head and let it  slowly work its way down and out the bottom of your feet.  You are now experiencing a loving healing.  Let all your worries go.  Just be.
